Krafton is back with a new eastern themed TAEGO map update in PUBG since Miramar. PUBG is getting TAEGO map content in the middle of currently ongoing season 12. This update is bringing a new map and some extra cool features which will become a great addition to PUBG.
PUBG update 12.2 is only the second biggest update after initial season 12 update. This update comes a new and refreshed TAEGO map which is 8×8 since Miramar.
PUBG has launched a TAEGO launch Quiz which will grant you a brand new TAEGO T-shirt to your character if you win the quiz. Make sure to learn first before taking the quiz as you will get only one chance.
Update 12.2 comes with very new exciting features which are listed below: –

Details of the features
- Comeback BR System: –
This feature allows the players who died in the first phase of the match to comeback and join the squad. This feature is supported only in Squad mode and only in TAEGO map.
As the second phase of the match begins, the player who died in the first phase are taken to a separate location where they fight among the others would be survivors. If you survive you will be transported back to your squad for the second chance of chicken dinner.
2. Self AED kit: –
It spawns all around the map and players can pick up and use it to revive themselves once they get knocked down during the match. Available in both solo and squad matches.
3. New weapon: –
K2 is a 5.56mm assault rifle utilize all attachments and a scope of up to 6x zoom. Available among the normal loot across the map.
MK12 is a 5.56mm DMR, can hold all AR and SR attachments and up to an 15x scope. Available among the normal loots.
4. Pony Coupe: –
Originally a Hyundai concept car back in 1972 has become a reality in the battlegrounds. Run a 150kmph max speed and is a perfect vehicle to get you across terrain. It is 4-seater but the players in the back seat will not be able to use weapons.
5. Survivors Pass: –
It features an amazing collaboration with the amazing actor Don Lee so be ready for the action.
Release Date
TAEGO is now available in test servers if you want check out the map go and play in text servers but if you wish to play in live servers you have to wait till July 7 the realizing date for all the PC players.
If you want to enjoy the game on Play Station and Xbox then its unfortunate for you all as the releasing date for console is 2 weeks form the realizing date for PC players which is July 15.
